End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal agreement between you and Are We Set?. Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Application.

1. License Grant

Are We Set? grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

4. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Are We Set?. Are We Set? may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
